- Within their expiration or best-by dates at time of shipment

What's Covered
Manufacturing Defects
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect (such as broken packaging, separated formula, unusual texture, or off color), we'll replace it free of charge or provide a full refund.
Damaged During Shipping
If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
Product Performance
We're confident in the quality and performance of our products. If a product doesn't perform as described on our website or packaging, please reach out to us and we'll work with you to find a solution.
What's Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
- Products that have been opened and used (unless defective upon arrival)
- Damage caused by improper use or storage

- Color variations due to natural ingredients
- Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
- Normal wear and tear or product depletion through regular use
Shelf Life & Freshness
All products are shipped with adequate shelf life remaining. We recommend using cosmetic products within:
- Mascara: 3-6 months after opening
- Liquid foundation: 6-12 months after opening
- Lipstick: 1-2 years after opening
- Powder products: 2 years after opening
- Skincare serums: 6-12 months after opening
- Moisturizers: 6-12 months after opening
Check the Period After Opening (PAO) symbol on your product packaging for specific guidance.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product is covered under our warranty:
- Contact us at support@manicosmetics.net within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and a description of the issue
- Attach clear photos showing the defect or damage
- Our team will review your claim and respond within 1-2 business days
Replacement or Refund
For approved warranty claims, you can choose between:
- Replacement: We'll send you a new product at no charge
- Refund: We'll issue a full refund to your original payment method
Return shipping for warranty claims is prepaid by us—you won't pay anything to return a defective product.
Safety First
If you experience any adverse reaction to our products, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Please also notify us so we can investigate and ensure product safety.
