Our Return Policy
At MANI Cosmetics, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened and unused in original packaging
- In the same condition that you received it
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Please note: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened cosmetic products unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used cosmetic products (unless defective)
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@manicosmetics.net with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return shipping instructions and a prepaid return label if applicable.
Refunds
Processing Time
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Your refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. You'll be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item in most cases.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different shade or product, please contact us at support@manicosmetics.net. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@manicosmetics.net with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
